What are the acceptance criteria for epoxy flooring

1.When the ambient temperature is 25℃, it should be fully dry within 2 to 3 days after construction, that is, the hardness should reach about 80% of the fully cured state.


2. The surface must not show any stickiness.


3. Bubbles: No bubbles for flat coating type and mortar type. Self-leveling type allows 1 small bubble per 10 square meters.


4. Good leveling property, no trowel marks, and the large-area interfaces are basically flat.


5. No floating color or mottling, uniform and consistent color, and extremely slight color difference is allowed at large area interfaces.


6. No coarse impurities are allowed, but minor defects caused by airborne dust falling are permitted.


7. The surface of the floor should be smooth and flat, and the glossiness should meet the design requirements (high gloss ≥90, semi-gloss ≥70, semi-gloss 50-70). The flat coating type should be semi-gloss, and the water-based type should be semi-gloss to matte.


8. The effect of orange peel and mortar surface should be very obvious.
