Notes
Strictly control the ambient temperature between 5 and 30℃. If the temperature is too high, the reaction will be too fast, affecting the leveling performance. The temperature is too low, the reaction is too slow, and the hardness of the paint film is poor.
Strictly control the environmental humidity below 80%. If the humidity is too high, problems such as unresolved bubbles and poor hardness of the paint film may occur.
Polyurethane materials dry relatively quickly. After mixing, they must be used up within 15 minutes and treated with defoaming rollers for defoaming.
Mix in small amounts each time according to the situation. Do not mix all at once to avoid insufficient construction.
Construction conditions and base material preparation should be strictly carried out in accordance with the product manual.

| Mid-Coat Layer | Use WEDO-2102: Mix base paint and curing agent in proportion until uniform; apply evenly with a trowel or spray (ensure no missing areas). After application, treat with a bubble-removing roller. Once fully dry, grind with 300-grit sandpaper | 1–1.2 |
| Topcoat Layer | Use WEDO-C2203: Mix base paint and curing agent in proportion until uniform, then add micro-pearls and stir evenly. Apply 3–4 even coats with a roller (until no obvious roller marks remain) | 0.08–0.1 |
Construction section

Construction conditions
Air temperature: 10℃ - 30℃
Relative humidity < 80%
The moisture content of the substrate surface is less than 8%
The construction site should have good ventilation. Dew point temperature: The substrate and the substrate of the uncured coating must be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature
To reduce the risk of condensation or mottling in the floor coating
Oily floors must be thoroughly cleaned up; otherwise, it may affect the even application of the coating.
