Construction Process

Primer Layer 1. Use OVG-0101 single-component polyurethane primer: Apply evenly with a roller

Mid-Coat Mortar Layer 1. Use OVG-0101/OVG-0102 polyurethane epoxy floor paint: Mix base paint and curing agent in proportion, then add quartz sand (usually 80–120 mesh) at the ratio: Paint:Quartz sand = 1: 0.2–1
2. Scrape fully with a trowel; adjust the number of coats as needed
3. Grind and dust off after curing 		0.25–0.3
Putty Layer 1. Use WEDO-0703 weather-resistant polyurethane floor paint: Mix base paint and curing agent in proportion, then add appropriate fillers (quartz powder, talc powder, etc.) at the ratio: Paint:Filler = 1: 0.1–0.5, stir evenly
2. Scrape evenly with a trowel, focus on repairing defects like pinholes and air pits; adjust the number of coats as needed
3. Fully grind and dust off after curing 		0.10 
Topcoat Layer 1. Use WEDO-0703 weather-resistant polyurethane floor paint: Mix base paint and curing agent in proportion until uniform
2. Apply evenly with a roller; ensure uniform layers with no missing areas 		0.15 
Varnish Layer Use WEDO-0702 acrylic clear coat: Mix evenly, then apply evenly with a roller 0.1–0.15

Notes

  • The construction environment temperature should be between 0 and 35℃. During outdoor construction in summer, it is necessary to avoid high temperatures and rain exposure.

  • For floors with severe sanding and dusting, the amount of primer used will increase. It is recommended to use the primer to fully penetrate and reinforce until the overall color of the concrete is uniform without whitening, to avoid peeling and hollowing of the floor.

  • When applying the topcoat by roller, it is necessary to ensure that the overall amount is uniform. There should be no flowing or piling of materials, otherwise the problem of mottling will occur.

  • After the colored paint is applied, the topcoat must be completed within the specified time; otherwise, it will affect the adhesion of the topcoat layer.

  • Topcoats containing red pigment are not suitable for varnishing.

Construction conditions

  • Air temperature: 0℃ - 35℃

  • Relative humidity < 80%

  • The moisture content of the substrate surface is less than 8%

  • The construction site should have good ventilation

  • Dew point temperature: The substrate and the substrate of the uncured coating must be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature to reduce the risk of condensation or mottling of the ground coating. The ground with oil stains must be thoroughly cleaned; otherwise, it may affect the uniform application of the coating.
